Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

When you receive a product that was bought and paid for on our site, and you find it is not as described or is of low quality, you can contact the Manufacturer to resolve these problems. You will then be able to request a full refund and return the item, or keep the item and agree a partial refund with seller.

Items shipping internationally may be subject to customs processing depending on the item's declared value.

Sellers set the item's declared value and must comply with customs declaration laws.
Buyers may be subject to additional charges for customs clearance.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
